Hawaiian Ranchos Community Association
A Hawaiian domestic nonprofit, volunteer-run and community-led since 1983
We’re not an HOA. We’re a different kind of organization. The Hawaiian Ranchos Community Association (HRCA) is a non-governmental,
domestic non-profit, volunteer-run community organization committed to supporting our neighborhood and keeping property owners connected.
Since 1983, our goal has been simple: build a stronger community by offering a neutral, respectful space where neighbors can share ideas, raise concerns, and work together on local solutions.
We’re especially proud to be a trusted source of information for Ranchos residents, including many who live off-island and want to stay in the loop about what’s happening here.

2025 BOARD ELECTION
Help Shape the Future of Ranchos
It’s time to elect a new board, and everyone’s welcome to participate. You don’t need to pay a fee to vote or run this year. We’ve made it easy so all neighbors have a chance to get involved.
Ready to Run?
Nominate yourself or a neighbor! Include a short bio (100 words or less) so the community can get to know you.
Transparency You Can Trust
To ensure fairness, HRCA has partnered with the
League of Women Voters, a respected nonpartisan organization, to receive ballots, count votes, and issue the official report.
Every Ranchos property owner is already a member of HRCA. Normally, a $20 fee is required to upgrade to a voting membership. For this election only, that fee has been waived. That means you can vote or run for a board position without paying anything. It’s our way of making sure every neighbor has an equal opportunity to participate.
