Hawaiian Ranchos Community Association

HRCA is a non-governmental, Hawaiian domestic non-profit, Volunteer-run and Community-led Organization committed to supporting our Hawaiian Rancho neighborhood by keeping property owners informed thus empowering them to become involved and having their voices be heard.

HRCA was incorporated and began this service in 1984.

Since then, the goal has been simple: build a stronger community by offering a neutral, respectful format where neighbors can share ideas, raise concerns, and work together on local solutions.

HRCA is especially proud to be this trusted source of information for all Rancho property owners including those who live off-island.

Transparency You Can Trust

To ensure fairness, HRCA has partnered with the League of Women Voters, a respected nonpartisan organization, to receive ballots, count votes, and issue the official report.

Every Ranchos property owner is already a member of HRCA. Normally, a $20 fee is required to upgrade to a voting membership. For this election only, that fee has been waived. That means you can vote or run for a board position without paying anything. It’s our way of making sure every neighbor has an equal opportunity to participate.
